Social Evening for Rotarians, family and friends. Nibbles from 5.40. Brief coaching session, according to experience. Two/three games followed by a meal at The Croppers
PETANQUE evening and meal – Need NUMBERS and NAMES on 6/6/17
This is the third [or fourth] event. Open to Rotarians, spouses and friends. To be held at Greenhead Park, near Gledholt roundabout/Junction pub entrance, on MONDAY 12th JUNE. Nibbles from 5.40. Brief coaching session, according to experience. Boules provided if you need them. Two/three games, with an umpire/coach. Prizes; the winning Rotarian will be presented with the coveted Taylor Cartwright Trophy at the Guest Night in November [Yvonne Brodie-Browne is the current holder]. Meet for meal afterwards [as soon after 8 as possible] at The Croppers in Marsh, pick your own meal from the menu. Cost, excluding your meal, £5 for nibbles and play, £2 nibbles only; to Yvonne on the evening. The weather forecast for the evening looks OK.
