AGM & Business Meeting

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 

Dear Fellow Rotarians 

In accordance with the bye-laws, I give notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of this Club to take place at Marygreen Manor on Tuesday 7th April 2020 at 6.30 pm. 

The purpose of the meeting will be to:

 1)    Approve the minutes of the 2019 AGM.

2)    Election of Committee Chairmen.

3)    Nomination and election of Honorary Members (if applicable)

4)    Receive the Treasurer’s report and proposed Management Budget 2020/2021

5) Confirm Other Management Committee positions

Supporting documents and a copy of the minutes from the 2019 AGM will be sent out in due course prior to the AGM.
