Supporting the Environment
One of the seven areas of focus for Rotary is Supporting the Environment. We take part in Rotary District organised events and work with schools and others in the community to promote awareness of environmental issues
Our recent activities have including litter picking on the Thames and around Burnham, Hedgerley and the Farnhams.
We are also encourage local schools to take part in these events and we are promoting the rotary Young Environmentalist competition.
