ALMOST THE DONKEY DERBY 2024
We will be holding the 33rd Donkey Derby - a great family day out- at Burnham Park on Saturday May 25th 2024 the weekend of the May Bank Holiday
The Burnham Donkey Derby has been organised by Burnham Beeches Rotary
for over 30 years and during that time over £350,000 has been raised
and donated to local charities and needy causes.
We call it the 'ALMOST' The Donkey Derby' because we no longer have donkey races but we do have everything else! This includes donkey rides, a wide variety of stalls, food, entertainment, beer tent, cake stall porsecco tent and a funfair.
The 2023 event was probably one of the most successful, the weather was fantastic and everyone enjoyed the entertainment stalls and not least the food and drinks.
Put the date in your diary for the 2024 event - Saturday May 25th.

ALMOST THE DONKEY DERBY 2022
more After two years of restrictions we held a Donkey Derby with a difference on Saturday 28th May 2022. There was great arena entertainment, lots of stalls, food offerings, funfair, plus of course - DONKEY RIDES.
