Local supermarkets kindly allow us to collect for Rotary charities on the run up to Christmas, and at other times of year

Collection for local charities:

The Rotary Club of Colchester visited the East of England Co-op on Peartree Ave to start their annual supermarket collections in aid of local charities. Every year the club  carries out collections at local supermarkets Co-op, Tesco and Sainsbury's.

April's collection will be followed in December by visits to the Co-op again on 8th December and other collections at Tesco on 1xt and 2nd Decemberand Sainsburys usually on the last weekend of November

These collections mark the start of our Christmas collections including 3weeks collecting in Lion Walk.

The generosity of the people of Colchester ensures that we are able to use the funds collect to help a number of local charities and organisations
