Lunch Meeting

Wed, Jan 17th 2024 at 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm

Speaker: Louisa Mace.
Subject: Mental Well-Being.

Take a break from your day and join us for an enlightening lunchtime talk on mental health awareness!

We're thrilled to announce our January lunchtime talk will be guided by Louisa Mace, Training Coordinator at Guernsey Mind where you'll not only learn about the importance of mental health but also understand more about how to spot the signs and symptoms of poor mental health.

It's an opportunity to equip yourself with essential skills to look after your own mental well-being as well as those around you. As an instructor for Mental Health First Aid England®, where she has trained over 800 MHFAiders® in the Bailiwick, Louisa will share her wealth of knowledge in this important subject.

Remember, self-care is not a luxury, it's a necessity.
