Speaker: Sam Herridge, FCIMSPA (chartered).
Subject: Freedom Active & Social Prescribing.
Sam is the Head of Recreation Services, Sport and Recreation and has overall responsibility for States of Guernsey Recreation and Sports facilities (Beau Sejour Leisure Centre, Footes Lane, Delancey Park, and the Rifle Range).
She is passionate about life, leisure, sport and helping professionalise an industry she loves.
As a former triathlete and Assistant General Team Manager at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2014 for Team Guernsey, Sam has plenty of first-hand experience.
Her talk will take us through the classes, services & facilities which Beau Sejour can offer for those requiring rehabilitation, stretching or gentle fitness programmes for all ages.
