The speakers this lunchtime were Janet Pardoe-Brooke and Pam McKenna who are members of Newton High Street in Bloom.They explained the work the volunteers have been doing in planting the many bulbs in planters on Newton High Street. They were very grateful for the support the club provides, particular the recent Egg Hunt and at the High Street Hive's recent events.

With April's Rotary focus on Environmental this is a good example of the club getting involved in an initiative that helps bighten the environment in which our community lives.
