Visit to the New BBC Cymru Wales Studios in Cardiff

A group of 14 members and partners visited the new BBC Cymru Wales Studios in Central Square, Cardiff


A very successful trip organised by our Social Secretary Trevor Morgan for a tour of the new BBC Cymru Wales Studios in Central Square, Cardiff on Sunday 17 March 2024, followed by a meal at the Cote Brasserie in Cardiff. "Just a stone's throw from Cardiff Central Station, I would encourage those who missed out to go anyway as it was well worth a visit and even go on a weekday when it would be buzzing with activity, as opposed the graveyard shift on a Sunday", said Trevor.

The Annual Steam Rally returned on 3rd and 4th June 2022 after a break of three years due to lockdown. The Rally is the main source of funds for the Rotary Club to donate to worthy causes via it's Charity the Abergavenny Rotary CIO.
