The runner up was the North group entrant Taryn Agar. Taryn attends Harrogate High School and was sponsored by the Rotary Club of Harrogate Brigantes.

Rotarian  David Hendeson vaccinates a young baby  Purple Pinky Day 23 Feb 2010- Is your Club geared up for Purple Pinkie Day- 23 Feb 2010? An article by Chris Philip.

A purple pinkie is a left hand little finger nail that has been marked with the purple marker pen to show that you have received the polio drops on this round of immunisations.

 

 

On-line Directory; District 1040 has adopted the D1170 Database Extension sytem, which creates an On-Line District Directory, and replaces the old-style printed Directory. Click on this link to learn about this or here to view/download an Introduction & Guide designed to help Clubs implement it.
