Form for Certification of Club Accounts

Please use the following text as a letter to the District Treasurer:-

The Rotary GB&I Finance Committee has asked all district treasurers to monitor compliance of clubs with both the standard Rotary GB&I Club By-Laws and charity regulations in respect of completion and examination of club accounts.  Copies of the accounts are not required, only confirmation that they have been prepared and examined, and this is intended purely as a means of safeguarding members' money and that of funds raised from members of the public.  It would be appreciated if club presidents could complete the following information as appropriate and return the form to your district treasurer.
