Is there someone in your Club or locality who is particularly deserving of an award for the work that he/she does for others within your Community
If so, contact your District Community & Vocational chairman.
Please provide him with your name and your Club, together with the name of the recipient and the date you intend to make the presentation of the award.
Please allow about 3 weeks before the expected presentation date, for the certificate to be prepared and signed.'
