Italian evening at Ian and Carolyn's home in Bucknell

This another one of Ian and Carolyn's enjoyable gourmet evenings.......
....this one being one of the best. Ian presented us with a 4 course menu comprising of three tasty starters, followed by a simple but delicious lemon pasta, then a main course of juicy stuffed rolled pork with sicilian roast veg and potatoes. To finish off we were treated to a delicious tiramisu plus a cool and delightful summer berries icecream. Masterchef eat your heart out! In addition to the excellent food, the company was good, we could sit outside to eat ( a lovely summer's evening ) and the atmosphere convivial. What more could we want from a social evening with a bit of fundraising at the same time. Many thanks to chef Ian and to hostess Carolyn for a lovely evening in a lovely home.
