In April 2013 Adam Hughes of Tenby, a popular Teaching Assistant at Greenhill School attended the Doctors surgery in Tenby, and a high blood pressure reading led to him being referred to Withybush Hospital. There further tests resulted in Adam being rushed to Morriston Hospital where unfortunately he was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney failure, he now has to receive permanent daily Dialysis, and is on the waiting list for a kidney transplant. (Adam is the son of Tenby Rotarian John and his wife Linda Hughes and Tenby Rotary Club fully support this appeal).
