HARWICH & DOVERCOURT ROTARY CLUB DECEMBER 2013 NEWSLETTER On Monday 11th November our speaker was Sue Fletcher from Age Concern who told us about the many services the Charity provides for elderly folk - they can only help those who request help so there are a lot more people in the community who probably need help but they cannot reach. After the induction David Taylor gave us two talks, the first being entitled
