Inner Wheel Liaison

We offer any support that we can to the Inner Wheel Clubs.

Inner Wheel Clubs of 14 & 25

Inner Wheel was formed in support of Rotary in Great Britain & Ireland in 1924, united into the Association of Inner Wheel Clubs in Great Britain & Ireland in 1934 and became International in 1967. It is one of the largest women's independent organisations in the world with clubs in 101 countries and a membership of over 100,000.

Membership may be taken up by the following, provided that they are over 18 years old
~ Women related to Rotarians/former Rotarians
~ Women related to Inner Wheel Members/former Inner Wheel members
~ Women who have been invited to join - provided that a majority of the club members agree.

The name symbolises the strong link with Rotary and reference to the Rotary badge. Inner Wheel concentrates on friendship and personal service. Each club selects it's own charities and channels of service and supports many charities at home and abroad wherever the need although raising money is not the main object.

The objects are to promote true friendship, encourage ideals of personal service and to foster International understanding which mirror Rotary aims.
