Meeting at Coulsdon Manor Hotel. Council Meeting commences at 6:45 pm, in the hotel board room. Club Members meet at 7:30 pm, in the Hotel Bar, for a pre-dinner drink. Dinner, at 8:00pm, in the Hotel Ballroom, followed by Business & Groups Meetings.
