About us

   THE ROTARY CLUB OF POULTON-LE-FYLDE

was formed in 1948 and has been serving the local community and undertaking International projects since then. We meet on a fortnightly basis on a Wednesday evening and new and prospective members are always welcome to our meeting venue at Singleton Lodge Country House Hotel, Singleton, near Blackpool.

A varied programme is agreed at the start of the Rotary year in July and this is comprised of regular speakers and business meetings, plus other social occasions during the year.  The Rotary motto is 'Service above Self' and members are very mindful of the need to help others who are perhaps not as fortunate as ourselves.
