About us

Chartered on 22 March 1963, we operate within the Battle, Bexhill, Hastings, St Leonards and Rother District of East Sussex, England.

NEW MEMBERS WELCOME!

We’re actively seeking new members of all ages, backgrounds and talents to join us either as volunteers, members or both. You can use your skills, time and energy to improve the lives of people in our local community and around the world.
You can enjoy networking, personal development, meeting new friends, having a great deal of fun and experiencing the fulfillment that comes from achieving something worthwhile.
We are a mixed club, of over 30 members, serving the Battle, Bexhill, Hastings, St Leonards and Rother area of East Sussex. If you enjoy networking and laughter then Senlac St. Leonards Rotary is the club for you, but be prepared to get involved! Throughout the year we engage in a wide range of community projects. We raise money for charity by organising a large annual Classic Car Show, Cycle Challenge, music events and quiz nights. It’s hard work, but it’s fun. Our Rotary club holds both formal and informal social events for our members, and we also invite interesting visiting speakers.

Our club’s overseas project is in Kenya where we are known as ‘The Yellowmen of Kadongdong’. Why not visit yellowmen.org and see what we do. You might like to join us.
