About us

We are an evening club meeting every Monday evening. We have an interesting and varied programme which includes interesting speakers, social activities, and outings.

For us, Rotary is about enjoying ourselves whilst enriching the life of others. Our members come from all walks of life, some working, some retired. We all very much enjoy a personal sense of fulfilment in being part of a vibrant club making a big difference and, as such, we are always looking for people of all ages, and from all walks of life to join our club to contribute their energy, talents, and professional skills to make a real difference to the lives of others.

The enormous sense of achievement you will experience in helping your local community and others around the world will be matched only by the fun you will have doing it!

Please come and see for yourself.

News update

Great start to the New Year as the Woodcote10k Run on Sunday 9th January raised £5144 for charitable causes. Thank you to all the runners, and volunteers who helped with its organisation.

An incredible £636,983 raised

Rotarians within the Thames Valley District raised £636,983 during lockdown. Our own members raised a phenomenal £22000 of which nearly over half came from members donating money they would have normally spent on weekly meals which was not spent whilst meeting on Zoom.

All Rotarians should feel justifiably proud in raising this sum during a period when a number of charities have had thier fundraising activities curtailed. Nobody could have imagined the value of our donations, or the significant effect they would have on so many very deserving beneficiaries under such challenging times.
