The eradication of polio is Rotary’s most significant humanitarian goal.
About us
Our club meet at Wodson Park Sports & Leisure Centre, Wadesmill Road, Ware, SG12 0UQ every Wednesday morning for breakfast 07.00 for 07.15.
Finishing promptly at 08.15.
We organise youth events such as young Citizen award, Youth Speaks and an Essay competition for local Primary Schools.
We have regular activities collecting for food banks and an annual Santa Sleigh Collection around the villages. As well as environmental clear-ups along the Lea Valley and tree planting for the Queen's canopy.
We also arrange local live band concerts and participate in the Ware Dickensian evening.
We contribute towards grant projects for Schools in the Gambia, Ukranian refugees and for Polio Eradication.
