Details2021-22 is the year in which the Halifax Rotary Club celebrates 100 years of service
DetailsMembership of the Rotary Club of Halifax is rewarding through our involvement in the local, national and international communities - it can also help you develop as an individual through the use of your skills
DetailsDuring the current pandemic situation we are continuing to operate as near normally as possible - we meet online at our regular time and day, conduct club business, hear from speakers, welcome guests from around the world (which is easier using zoom!) and generally interact like we would in person.
We also continue to support local charities, undertake our environmental projects and strive to continue to "Do good in the world"
The Rotary Club of Halifax operates a Trust Fund to manage their charitable receipts and donations that is registered with the Charity Commissioners (reg. no. 1032807) and are also registered with HMRC in order to take advantage of "Gift Aid" on on all qualifying receipts. Policies relating to matters such as Equality, Safeguarding and Health and safety are in place and are available on request from groups or individuals forming partnerships with or making grants to the club.
We are supported by the Amazon Smile programme and receive a donation from them for each purchase made via their dedicated charity website. It doesn't cost buyers or sellers anything extra so why not visit the site and support us with your next purchase by clicking on the link below which will open a new window.
We meet on Wednesdays at 12.30pm
