About us

The Rotary Club of Reading Thames is a new-style Rotary Club servicing the area of Reading and surrounding areas. It is a club for people and families who want to get involved in local and international commumity projects and meet like-minded people in the local area. Hands-on-volunteering, fundraising, challenge events, sharing our professional skills to help local charities develop - these are just some of the activiites we get involved in - as well as having fun while we're doing it!

We know most people are busy so we meet over a coffee on the 1st Sunday of each month at 10am and the 3rd Thursday over a coffee at 6.30pm to plan projects, hear from inspiring speakers and have a catch up with friends. Some of our members who have young children bring them along too, so no need to worry about childcare.

Explore this site to find out more about Rotary locally and globally and follow us on Facebook and Twitter. We would love to hear form you if you'd like to get involved or have a project you'd like us to help with.
