We are a group of positive men and women who want to make a difference. We come from a wide range of backgrounds and age groups. Some have been members for many years, others have joined more recently and our club continues to grow and adapt.
To be a force for good in Meriden and the surrounding areas, always upholding high ethical standards, playing our part locally, nationally and internationally.
We seek to develop the area and our community.
We work with others to maximise our positive impact.
We support each other, respecting differences and adapting to the modern world.
Due the Covid-19 lockdown all of our events and activities for this year are cancelled or postponed. We are reviewing this as and when the Government directives change.
In the mean time, we are using our charity funds to provide financial support to as many local charities as we can. For example, we have donated money to the local foodbank, local volunteer groups and others. If you know of any group or organisation that will benefit from a finacial donation, let us know using the "Contact" button at the top.
Normally, we have various projects and activities organised through our various committees:
International and Foundation
At our normal meetings we usually enjoy a meal followed by a speaker.
During the current COVID-19 rules, we are only meeting online using Zoom. If you wish to join us, use the "Contact us" at the top of the page.
We normally have social evenings such as Christmas Party, Burns Night, Presidents Night. We periodically go for an Indian meal and once a year we go for a weekend away. But of course all of these are suspended.
If you would like to find out more about us, why not come to one of our meetings to meet us all!
We meet on Tuesdays at 19.30(1st & 3rd Tuesday on Zoom and 2nd & 4th at The Manor Hotel, Meriden. The 5th Tuesday will be a Fellowship Evening.) The Manor Hotel at Meriden
