"The President and Members of Cheltenham North Rotary Club
wish all their Friends and Supporters a very Happy Christmas and a Healthy
and Prosperous New Year"
We are a club of fifty-three friendly people – both men and women from the Cheltenham and Gloucestershire area.
We meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursday evening’s in the month at 1800 for 1830 pm at the New Club, Cheltenham.
Visitors are welcome but must give at least 48 hours’ notice of their intention
to attend so that catering can be booked for them.
On
the 5th Thursday in each month the club holds a meeting for members and their
partners – the venue for these meetings varies depending on numbers.
The
Club is part of Rotary International which is the world’s largest service
organisation.
We
operate with an ethos of an enjoyable, warm, welcoming and fun Club. We raise
monies for great causes, both locally and internationally.
At
our fortnightly meetings we have a wide variety of interesting speakers, as
well as Vocational talks from some of our own members.
We
also organise many social events and visits as part of our overall programme.

The Presidents charity is Community Connexions.The other charities we are supporting are Marie Curie Nurses, Linc, School in the Bag, Solar Aid, and other Local and Rotary charities.

Gardner's Lane School
Cheltenham North Rotary Club is taking 130 pupils and 14 staff to the Everyman Theatre to see the Owl and the Pussycat the Christmas Show over three days.

A visit to Cheltenham Races
A group of Cheltenham North Rotarians and Partners are visiting the Cheltenham Races in support of the Mayor's of Cheltenham and Tewkesbury Charities
The event will start in the Istabrag Suite/Bar from 10 am.
