About us

We were founded 12th May 1975 since when we have raised hundreds of thousands of pounds for mostly local charities. Click on 'More' top right of web page for picture galleries. Whilst we are focussed on service in the community we do have fun-quizzes,barn dances and visits.

Please click the 'DONATE' button below if you wish to help us raise funds for charitable causes. Or become a Friend-see panel above.

The New Forest Club is a friendly & active group of men and women. We have 26 full members & 16 Honorary Members. Emphasis is on fun whilst helping in the community & raising funds for our charities.

Members live throughout the New Forest National Park area, including in Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst, Totton, Ashurst, Burley and just outside in Romsey, Lymington and Winchester. We usually meet in or near Lyndhurst or Brockenhurst and we take full advantage of this beautiful area.

We meet most Monday evenings, building lasting friendships and business relationships, organise many fund raising events including am/am golf and Christmas Collections which enable us to donate about £18,000 each year to local and international charities. Most importantly, we enjoy ourselves. On the 1st Monday (not Bank Hols) we meet with Family & Friends for a meal then speaker. On 2nd,4th & if a 5th Monday we meet informally at a local pub. 3rd Monday is for committees & business at local venue. Guests very welcome.
See 'Happening soon' and Meetings & Events for full details.

Please get in touch via 'Contact'. Want to become a 'Friend' of Rotary? Follow the link in the 'Friends' panel at the top of the page.
