Strawberry Tea for Seniors & the Lonely
Chicory Tip played hits of the 60's and 70's while our guests enjoy an afternoon tea with loads of fresh strawberries. Thanks to The Great Stone Bridge Trust for a grant of £400 towards the cost.

Business Meeting
Business was discussed and the Lottery Draw took place. It was a sad occasion as the Club had just heard of the death of Past President Peter Smith. A minutes silence was observed, tributes were paid and a collection of photographs exhibited. RIP Peter.

Speaker Meeting
The speaker was Emily Jenner on "Fraud Prevention". Emily is the Fraud Prevention Co-Ordinator for Kent Police and now our members know a lot more about how to avoid being scammed.

Charity Quiz
The Quiz was at the Edenbridge WI Hall, for a very modest £16 to include a fish and chip supper. Winning team was "Not so Sharp", who outplayed their name for a clear victory. Quizmasters were Barbara and Stephen Mitchell.

Welcome to Edenbridge and Westerham Rotary Club
The club was form by the merger in 2015 of the Rotary Clubs of Edenbridge and Westerham. The new club meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday every month at Limpsfield Chart Golf Club
The Edenbridge & Westerham Rotary Club has continued with the major of events held by the two former clubs, including the Senior Citizens Strawberry Tea held every June in Edenbridge.
Boths Clubs were very active fund raisers and the new club now run the March street collection for Marie Curie in both Edenbridge and Westerham, as well as organising events in aid of charities both at home and abroad.

Club business will be discussed and the Lottery Draw made. To join the Lottery costs £5 per month, and monthly prizes are £100, £35 & £15. The rest of the proceeds go to charity.

We meet on Tuesdays at 18.30 for 19.00
(Meetings take place on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. The second Tuesday meeting is for club business, the fourth Tuesday meeting is a meal followed by a speaker. We meet in the bar at 6.30 for both meetings, which commence at 7pm.) Limpsfield Chart Golf ClubWesterham Road
