Speaker Meeting
The meal was followed by a talk by local publisher and editor Laura Lawrence. Laura told members about her hugely successful local magazines, and about the up-coming "I Love Edenbridge" Day. The Club agreed to support this.

The speaker for this meeting was Kathy Foster from The West Kent Badger Group. Kathy's talk was both interesting and informative and showed her obvious affection for this most elusive animal.

After the meal, Dr Simon Morrison gave a talk on "Friends of Edenbridge Medical Practice". Simon is current chairman of the charity, which aims to help make the new Practice serve the community.

About us
Welcome to Edenbridge and Westerham Rotary Club
The club was form by the merger in 2015 of the Rotary Clubs of Edenbridge and Westerham. The new club meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday every month at Limpsfield Chart Golf Club
The Edenbridge & Westerham Rotary Club has continued with the major of events held by the two former clubs, including the Senior Citizens Strawberry Tea held every June in Edenbridge.
Boths Clubs were very active fund raisers and the new club now run the March street collection for Marie Curie in both Edenbridge and Westerham, as well as organising events in aid of charities both at home and abroad.

Strawberry Tea for Seniors & the Lonely
Chicory Tip will again play hits of the 60's and 70's while our guests enjoy an afternoon tea with loads of fresh strawberries. Please nominate anyone you think should be given an invitation by calling John Martin on 07593 887588.

We meet on Tuesdays at 18.30 for 19.00
(Meetings take place on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. The second Tuesday meeting is for club business, the fourth Tuesday meeting is a meal followed by a speaker. We meet in the bar at 6.30 for both meetings, which commence at 7pm.) Limpsfield Chart Golf ClubWesterham Road
