Andrew Eccleston on ‘Weather - a personal view -


A Chartered Meteorologist with a background as a Merchant Navy Navigator, Scientist, Entrepreneur and University Lecturer, Andrew Eccleston is still working internationally in meteorology and with local and national charities. Andrew has been involved in many aspects of the meteorological profession and he will aim to provide some insight into what goes on behind the scenes in the weather business in the UK and beyond, with some interesting examples of how weather data is used.
