Supporting Calvert Trust at the Dalston Show 2025

As well as providing 3 volunteer teams to produce the weekly Talking Newspaper for the blind, we tend 2 charity wishing wells in and around the city.

Over the last couple of years we have joined forces with other local Rotary clubs to attend the Dalston Show. In 2025 we supported the Calvert Trust by raising funds for an all-terrain wheelchair.

It has also been our honour to perform the charity cash bucket collection at the city's Fireshow for the Mayor of Carlisle.
