Club members, partners and guests enjoyed a very pleasant evening in the Ballroom at the Bull Hotel to celebrate a successful year led by President Mike Green.
The Guests of Honour were the Mayor of Bridport, Cllr Anne Rickard, accompanied by Cllr David Rickard and Assistant District Governor, PP Lindsey of the Brit Valley Rotary Club accompanied by Cliff Luxton. Also in attendance was Michelle Ceaser from the Bridport Museum.
After a dinner, Guest Speaker, Chris Stevens assisted by his wife, Mary, gave an informative and amusing talk about some of the tales from the recently published book, “Quirky Bridport”, Quirky Bridport Bridport Museum, written by Museum Volunteer Tegwyn Jones.
