District Young Musician Winner
Congratulation to Nathan Quilter, our winner of the instrument class of the District Young Musician competition, held on 18th February in Chelmsford Cathedral.
Congratulation to Nathan Quilter
The Rotary Clubs of Dunmow & Takeley were represented by Nathan Quilter at the District Young Musician competition, held on Saturday 18th February, in Chelmsford Cathedral.
Nathan, who plays the clarinet, was judged the winner of the instrument class of the District Young Musician competition and will now go on to represent the District at the regional competition to be held on March 18th, also in Chelmsford Cathedral. Nathan will be joined by Murray Peat, from a Chelmsford Rotary Club, who won the vocal class.
In all eight young musicians competed in the District competition with vocalists and instrumentalists playing various instruments, including flute, violin and cellos along with Nathan on clarinet.
