Thanks to Sarah McGrath (Principal) and her team at Carlisle College, we were able to run a local Rotakids Conference in June.
38 pupils from 5 of our Rotakids schools attended. As did District Governor Kath Robinson and District Youth Lead Anthony Chick, along with several of our club members.
The college staff provided 5 activities for the pupils to enjoy:
The pupils were also given goody bags to take home their items, plus a few we threw in e.g. polio lapel badges, etc.
All of our young attendees gave very positive feedback on the day; so much so that we hope to run a similar event next year.
