SUBSCRIPTION CHARITY QUIZ

The theme of the 2025 Subscription Quiz series is "Let's go shopping!"   

There are be four bi-monthly quizzes, only available online from this page, leading up to our ever-popular Christmas Quiz which will be widely available here and from various outlets around Hitchin.  The cost of the series, including the Christmas Quiz, is £10 and subscribers will automatically receive their copies as they become available through 2025.

The first in the series for this year was Fruit & Veg, now closed.   The result and answers can be seen here

There were 70 entries received, of which 30 were fully correct.  The answers to Fruit and Veg are at the bottom of this page.

Congratulations, and the prize of £25, to the winner who is Caroline Peters from Pirton, with the tie-break clue: "I strangle Arthur"  (artichoke).

The next quiz in this year's series is Meat, Dairy and Fish, and quiz sheets are being emailed to subscribers at the beginning of May   The closing date for that quiz is 31 May.
