The “Stripped Down” Classic Car Tour was well supported on Sunday 27th April with 21 cars departing McDiarmid Park and winding their way north to Ballachulish.
This year's tour was "stripped down" to a drive only without handbook or pre-arranged hospitality.
A last minute route change at Pitcairngreen was remedied on Saturday evening, phew! It was great to see many of our regulars back again, including Lord Lieutenant, Stephen Leckie, in his Lagonda and the Onslow Clan with three Alvis.
The day started with drizzle at Perth and turned full scale dreich by Glencoe. However our drivers including at least three open top vehicles braved the elements to enjoy the day.
It raised around £1,000 for local charities.
