Jeanette has been involved with Rotary for over a decade, but isn't a member. She has supported many events, and uses her vocational skills to great effect. 
During the pandemic, Jeanette worked tirelessly as the Santa Sleigh navigator, every single night during December 2020, and again in 2021, due to the restrictions in place at the time. (Normally this role is shared out among many people.)

She is also a Leader at the Rotary Community Corps, Dunstable Wombles, and prepares all the equipment prior to the event, and then cleans it all at the end of every shift. 
Jeanette has visited Rotary clubs in Belgium and California, and also the Rotary International Convention in Houston Texas in 2022. 

Jeanette also supports The Rotary Foundation with regular donations to the END POLIO NOW campaign. Knowing that my contribution is increased by 25% through Gift Aid, and then TREBLED by the Gates Foundation, means that even modest sums can be magically increased to make a real difference. 

Jeanette said she was shocked to be recognised with a PHF award, as she is not a Rotarian.
