Hythe Rotary President, John Gabris, has pleasure in awarding Maureen and Collen Hill a Community Service Award.
This is a new departure for the Club as this recognition has never before been presented by the club. The award is made for for all the hard work Colin and Maureen have put in, organising and running the Santa’s Grotto for several years. The President mentioned that “Events such as this are always a team effort, we all know that, but Collen and Maureen put in that extra effort every Christmas. For that reason I have pleasure in awarding the first Community Service Award from Hythe Rotary to Collen and Maureen Hill.”
They have made Christmas much more special for many local families. We all thank them.
