St George is the Patron Saint of England and is commemorated on St George’s Day, 23rd April. Pinner Rotary organise an annual festival celebrating St George, held in Pinner High Street on a Sunday in April close to St George's Day. St George is also the Patron Saint of the Scout Movement.
This year our St George's Day celebrations will be on Sunday 27th April 2025 from 12 noon to 5pm
The picturesque High Street will be closed to traffic and filled with entertainment for everyone with performers, stalls and activities. This year we are welcoming a new live band RAZORZ and Pinner Wood School are adding some extra colour with their Dragon Flags - come along and support them all. Our local cafés and restaurants will have delicious food to tempt you and there will be face painting and children's rides to keep the younger ones entertained.
