Llanelli Rotary Club President Cerith Owens presided over his landmark event for his year of office - the annual Rotary Ball.
The Diplomat Hotel in Llanelli was the venue for a ball attended by more than 100 Rotarians and guests.
West End singing star Samuel Wyn Morris was the compere for the evening.
Entertainment for the evening was provided (between courses) by members of Loud Applause Rising Stars (LARS) - Rhys Hunter, Penelope George, James Oakley, Lauren Elizabeth Williams, Liam Edwards and Osian Clarke.
A former LARS team member, Lauren Fisher, topped the bill with her after-dinner show.
Llanelli Rotary past president Robert Lloyd acted as auctioneer for the evening, helping to raise more than £1400 in bids.
Rotary President Cerith Owens thanked everyone who had contributed to the success of the night, including everyone who donated raffle and auction prizes.
Funds raised from the evening totalled more than £3000 and will go towards Ty Hafan, Wales Air Ambulance and Ysgol Heol Goffa School.
