Hambleton Ales managing director Nick Stafford described how Talyor's Tipple won the 2009 Sainsbury's Beer competition to members and partners at the Melmerby based brewery this week.
The award came with a listing for the beer for a minimum of six months in Saisbury's stores.
Preliminary judging of 115 beers resulted in Taylor's Tipple becoming one of 15 finalists in over 400 Sainsbury's stores.
The brewery was established in 1991 and the basis for development is innovation exemplified by the launch of gluten and wheat free ale.
Both the Technology Tournament and Kids Out will be supported by the Club in 2010.
The Daffodil tour is planned for 28th March 20 10.
