International & Foundation Committee
This Committee deals with international projects and charities, and our own Rotary Charity: Rotary Foundation. The Rotary Foundation is the charity arm of Rotary International, of which we are part. It has enabled us to receive grants that have greatly multiplied the money we have available for selected projects. We, and other Rotary clubs around the world and the Foundation are also very involved in the campaign “End Polio Now” to eliminate the scourge of polio from the world. Click here for more information about our efforts to end the scourge of Polio.
The Committee also organises our International Evening, which has a different theme each year, our International Weekend trip to a European City and our annual Fellowship Evening at a club member's home.
