Estimated cost: Ferry c£123* (based on a car with 4 passengers & 2x inside cabins for the outward journey)

St Brieuc Club will ask us for a contribution - last time (several yrs ago now!) it was 85 euros per hd. I suggest you budget on 100 euros per hd.

Brittany Ferries have made some changes to their bookings:

• They now charge £10 per head for telephone bookings
  Therefore preferable to book online - to do so you will need to create an
  "account" with them if you've not already got one
• You will also need to "pair up" with another couple & decide which car you're travelling in - the driver of this vehicle will be the "Lead Driver"
• Once you're "committed", I will give you my "Club Voyage" membership number which gives you 10% off the ferry fare (not the cabin)
• One of the four needs to make the booking online* - if you need help Charlayne or I can do take you through the process (07484 124490). Deposit now required

Please also bear in mind:

• The sooner you book the lower the price you will pay - Brittany Ferries uses an algorithm - there are only a certain number of fares/cabins at the current prices

Booking information:

You will need:

• Full names of passenger (as per passport), Dates of Birth, Nationality of passport (most of us have UK passports)
• Mobile number of the Lead Driver
• Car Reg or Make/Model
• The crossing is Plymouth to Roscoff. Dates of crossing. Outward: Friday 20th
  April 2023 23:00. Return 24th April 15:00
• Chose your cabin - suggest inside 2-berth suitable for most of us; you will need 2 if booking for 4 of you.
• My estimated price is based on a "flexible" ticket - this is more expensive but it gives the maximum protection if dates are changed, amendments necessary etc &, with your 10% discount is well worth it!

NB If you need help my last Rotary meeting is Sept 20th before we go away for 6 weeks!
