Joining Rotary

Rotarians are business and professional leaders who take an active role in their communities while greatly enriching their personal and professional lives. There are 60,000 members in the UK alone, and over 1.2 million members worldwide, leaders in their field of business, professional practice, or community.

A Rotary Club contains a diverse group of professional leaders from the community that the club serves. The Oxford Club has a distinguished history and welcomes new members of both sexes from all professional and business backgrounds, who share a desire for fellowship and of service.

If you are interested in becoming a member and would like to find out more please e-mail the Club Secretary, Nikos Paplomatas, on nikos@wesleymem.org.uk or telephone him on 01865 201606 or 07775 772018. Nikos will arrange for you to come to lunch and find out more about us and what we do. If you like what you see, and would like to take matters further, we can arrange for you to attend one or two more lunches as a guest so you can mix with the members and get to know them. If you would then like to apply for membership, one of us will sponsor your application. This goes to the Membership Committee and, if all goes well, we shall have the pleasure of welcoming you to the Club.
