Social Activities

The social side of Rotary is very important. It fosters friendships and relationships that then enable us to undertake the service projects that are at the heart of Rotary.

Apart from the socialising that goes on at our regular meetings, over the meal, we have many other opportunities to get to know one another.

One example is Frome Selwood Rotary's "pub of the month" where we go, with our partners, to have Sunday lunch at one of the many pubs around the area. Unfortunately, during the pandemic this had to be stopped but we hope to start again soon.

Other examples include BBQs, Race Night, Wine Tastings, Visits to gin distillery and Hinckley Point C, special meal nights all with other Rotarians, their families and friends.

Some examples are available from this page.
