Meal Night - Venue Daves House

The intention is to be outside enjoying the balmy summer evening but knowing how unkind the summer weather has been this year we may need to move indoors. 
Could everyone please bring along their cutlery, crockery, garden chairs etc as if going on a picnic. A communal food table will be set up and if everyone brings along an offering, plus what ever they would like to have cooked on the barbie, I am sure that we will have a magnificent spread. A second table will be set up for the BYO bar.
Does anyone have any outdoor games such as cricket, swing ball, badminton that they can bring along? We will have some air rifles for target shooting and the clay trap if anyone is interested. There will be a charge for the clays and cartridges.

This is an open invitation evening for members, friends and families so everyone is welcome to join us and please pass on the invitation to anyone who you think might be interested.

If you know that you are going to be able to come along, or not, please let me know so that we can have a rough idea of numbers.
