2008 Isle of Man Swimming Championships


The Rotary Club of Douglas sponsors the Ewan Maley Memorial Shield for the 12-13 Years Girls 50 metres Freestyle at the IOM Swimming Club's annual championships and President Bill Hamilton-Turner was delighted to present the award to the 2008 winner Katie Blaker. Runner up was Alex Callow and third was Lauren Trimble.
President Bill was also delighted to present the Ramsey Bakery Shield for 14-15 Years Girls 50 Metres Freestyle to the 2008 Champion Olivia Rawlinson. Runner-up was Alice Hartley and third placed Poppy Evans.

56th Winter Hill Anniversary at the Church, St. John's at 10.30. There will be complimentary refreshments at Green's Cafe afterwards thanks to the kind generosity of the proprietor. All welcome.
