The band played at the opening of the Artwork display at Heaton Chapel Station.


Friends of Heaton Chapel Station unveiled artist Karen Alleron's artwork at the station. Certificates were presented by Natasha Wilding (Head of Stations, Northern Rail) to St Thomas's, Norris Bank and Broadstone Road Schools. Also there was Jessie Rose, local singer and musician, Phil Rowbottom of the Heatons Historical Society, Jo from the Town Bar (who provided all the food and drink free of charge), Rory Alkin (chair of Friends of Heaton Chapel Station), Theo McLauchlan (Station Master), members of the local U3A as well as members from RC Stockport Lamplighter. After the certificate presentations, Lamplighters and U3A did a joint performance with their ukuleles, and a video clip can be seen here:
