Joint Activities

The Joint Activities Committee will work with the other two clubs in town and look for opportunities for joint working further afield.

2014/15

The Committee will strive to continue developing the relationship with the Shawbury and Mid-Shropshire and Shrewsbury Darwin clubs. This will involve supporting the social events and fund raising projects of both of these clubs as well as seeking their support for our events and projects

We shall also seek to promote joint events with those clubs, initially social events but with a long term view of introducing more fund raising projects.

The committee will continue to take part in District events such as the Stroke/Health Awareness day and projects by other clubs within the district on which our assistance is requested.

It will also be out intention to support Shrewsbury Inner Wheel in their various events and to investigate the possibility of increasing joint outings with the ladies to places of interest either historical, geographical, cultural or social.
