Notes of regular meeting 23/2/15

Hello all Just a few jottings from our Monday Meeting 1) It was Rotary's 110th Birthday. 2) Three members attended Charter Night of Beccles RC, greetings from President Rev Canon Stephen Hardy ex Rtn of this Parish! Report given by Rodney. 3) Norman Cory reported that TeenTalk had been granted a High Sheriffs Award because of the work done by our Master Chefs for services to crime prevention!! 4) Denis gave a reminder of our involvement in the Fathers Day Bike Ride. 5) Denis informed us of a District Council meeting on the 19th March and of the district Quiz on the 20th 6) On March 12th pm there is to be a meeting with TDC re large events in the District. Please liaise with Denis as to attendance. 7) The Rugby Shirts were well received by the Rugby Club lads who got them dirty last Saturday. Photos were circulated. 8) The Club will be perusing Text giving rather that the other methods that involve fees. 9) Reception of Visitors for Monday next will be Rtns Bull, Burrows and Cory. 10) Concert on March 7th March at Holbrook School,
