Some guidance on attendance is given here.  The formal rules are covered in the Rotary GB&I Constitutional Documents (Final 2014).  See pages 39-43 and 49.   Since the club was formed it has been an ongoing requirement to circulate attendance records to each member every six months.

An Rotary GB&I Information sheet on attendance is also available that summarises the position in areas such as making up attendances.

Members who wish to make-up an attendance may simply advise the Attendance Officer (Brian Portch) with an email, along the following lines (alternatively, a form may be downloaded fom here)
